The assault happened on July 6, 2015, when Tucker, who was off-duty at the time picked up the woman on Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights. The two agreed to have intercourse for money and Tucker drove her into an industrial area in his personal car, officials said. They had consensual intercourse
Tucker told the woman that he wanted to have anal intercourse and the woman refused. The off-duty trooper put his service weapon to the woman's head and forced anal intercourse.
