If it doesn't affect me and I can still go to the grocery store and the mall with no obvious changes, then we must be o.k. Yes, I see that the headlines state its in America, but its really some far off place I have no control over. To make any difference would mean moving way out of my comfort zone and thats not something Im ready to do. I'm a selfish droning American and things are not that bad yet. My fervor hasn't been tickled.
