Obama: Progress, but No Deal to Avert Shutdown

President Obama says late-night budget talks have helped to narrow the issues, but there is no deal yet to avert a shutdown. He spoke after a late-evening meeting with House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
